This registered charity was formed in 1983 to provide
therapeutic horseback riding for people with special needs.
In addition, VTEA offers physiotherapy through a registered
physiotherapist and a driving program using a wheelchair
accessible cart. VTEA serves clients with a wide range of
disabilities from all over the lower mainland. The fees
charged cover less than 1/2 of the cost with remainder raised
by fund-raising activities.
