This group, with funding from United Way and the municipalities of Nelson, Trail and Castlegar, provides a relaxing and challenging atmosphere where participants explore feelings and then seek positive alternatives through theatre, focusing on abilities rather than disabilities. This group has toured across B.C, and does a large community production each year. Integrated classes, open to everyone, are offered weekly.
