Programs operate daily Monday through Friday at local Senior Citizens Centres. These community based programs provide a supportive and stimulating environment wherein members can develop productive and enriched use of their senior years. To supplement the integrative component, the Seniors Program encompasses a group and individual focus. Small groups, generally five members, facilitated by a habilitation worker, participate in the selection of various group activities. The individual component of the Seniors program is devoted to the development and maintenance of the skills necessary to ensure a place in the community.

The program provides a valuable service to its members in terms of individual accomplishments, as well as collective acceptance and integration into the seniors community.
