Welcome to the 2009 web page edition of The Source, a guide to programs and services for people with disabilities living in the province of British Columbia. The Source is using the Internet as its primary publishing location. To be included in the directory, services must have been in operation for a year or looking forward to a year of funded operation. Some private sector services are listed. We cannot guarantee the quality of these services nor can we make recommendations. We hope that by accessing this information, people with disabilities may be able to make informed decisions and directly access programs and services of their choice.

By the very nature of directories, they are in need of updating or changes as soon as they are published and in spite of our efforts some programs and services have been omitted. Our information is only as accurate as that supplied and confirmed by the organization. If you find any information that is out of date or know of an organization that should be in here but isn't, please let us know. We hope you will assist us by sending corrections or new nformation by e-mail.
