ADVANCE: is a program providing Life Skills and Pre-employment training to 18-24 year olds who have been convicted of a non-violent offense or have been diverted from the court system. This program is based in Kelowna.

SPECTRUM: is a program providing Life Skills to youth aged 15-20 who have dropped out of school and who wish to re-enter. This program is based in Kamloops.

OPTIONS: is a program providing assessment and vocational support services to unemployed Canadians of any age who have a medical condition that forces a career change, persons with physical disabilities, persons with mental illness and persons with cognitive impairments. This program is based in Kelwona.
