Fast Track Employment Services is a 4 week Job Search and
Career Planning Program serving persons receiving employment
insurance or income assistance. The goal of FTE is that of
assisting persons in finding employment by providing a
structural environment that emphasizes action. Program
provides group training and support in every aspect of job
search, vocational and career assessments, goal setting and
action planning, professional document preparation (resume,
cover letter, etc), interview preparation and techniques and
job search assistance and support. Program sponsored by Delta
Recycling Society and funding received from Human Resources
Development Canada.

Placement in Appropriate Competitive Employment (PACE) is
an Employment Counselling and Job Search Assistance service
for persons with psychiatric and/or emotional difficulties.
The main goal of PACE is that of assisting persons in
securing either full-time or part time employment, or further
education. Service providers career planning, job search
action planning, job search/employability workshops, resumes
and cover letter preparation, interview techniques,
educational exploration and guidance, one to one employment
counselling, and job placement assistance. Service sponsored
by Delta Recycling Society and funding received from Human
Resources Development Canada.

An Employability Assessment and Work
Placement program for persons with psychiatric disabilities.
This 16 week program focuses on assisting participants in
developing the work skills necessary to enter or re-enter the
work force. Training emphasizes personal development skills,
vocational planning and action plan, occupational and labour
market exploration, on-site work skills training and
assessment, job search skills, off- site work experience with
host employers, job coaching, and placement assistance and
support. Program sponsored by Delta Recycling Society and
funded by the Ministry of Education, Skills and Training.
