E.R.N. provides individualized job search assistance,
on-the-job training and follow-up support to people who have
a disability. Our focus is on maximizing opportunities and
independence for individuals in their community through
employment. Services include career planning, assessments,
job readiness training, resume preparation, interview skills,
job search, on-the-job training and follow-up support. Core
funding for the program is provided through the Ministry for
Children and Families and Ministry of Health
