This agency provides 24-hour total nursing and attendant care for people with multiple disabilities, people with physical and mental disabilities, non-ambulatory individuals, and people who are erratically and unpredictably at risk. Care services include respite care, development of multi-disciplinary program plans, maintenance of a family support group, provision of safe and reliable transportation, advocacy, one-to-one care on an emergency basis, and continual access to medical professionals.
