This program provides specialized services for infants to
age three, who are developmentally delayed due to mentally or
physically handicapping conditions. The services help to
optimize each child's development and assist families in
responding to their children in a positive and supportive
manner. Consultants from the Infant Development Program in
each area will assist children and family members in their
