General Information Line - Western Canada

The Royal Bank provides a toll free information line to all its customers. Hours are Monday to Friday 7am - 7pm and Saturday 8am - 2pm. The Royal Bank also has templates for cheque writing available for persons with visual impairments. Employment applications are available in large print.
