The Education and Information
Services Division provides information and referral support
to people with disabilities and the general public and
teaches disability awareness to elementary school children
through the "Kids on the Block" educational
puppetry program; the Kinsmen Foundation's "Know No
Limits" Youth Awards recognizes the achievements of
teenagers in overcoming disabilities and other obstacles to
achieve excellence.
