The Neil Squire Foundation is a Canadian non-profit organization whose purpose is to create opportunities for independence for individuals who have severe physical disabilities. Through direct interaction with these individuals they research, develop and deliver appropriate innovative services and technology to meet their needs. The Foundation offers a variety of service delivery programs including EASE (Employment Access Skills Enhancement), a national employment training program; Computer Comfort, a computer familiarization program; SARAW (Speech Assisted Reading and Writing), a talking computer program designed to help teach basic reading and writing skills to adults; and Consulting and Assessment Services which provides advice and recommendations on the best uses of technology for individuals with physical disabilities.
