The KRF assists people with disabilities who need help the most - those who have fixed or limited incomes and find it difficult to deal with the costs associated with living with a disability. The KRF’s programs and services focus on a person’s ability, rather than their disability. This group will provide technology which allows people with disabilities to live at home wherever possible. KRF’s Client Support and Information Services Division links people with physical disabilities with resources that will meet their needs. Kids on the Block is a puppetry program which helps children overcome attitudinal barriers toward people with various disabilities through education and understanding. KRF is a non-profit organization supported by its various fund-raising campaigns.
