DPI is a cross-disability network of national assemblies in over 100 countries. DPI has consultative status with the Eco Soc, World Health Organization, and is on the special list of the International Labour Organization. It is not only an organizing body at the UN, DPI also operates a development program through the operations of regional development offices located world wide.
