This is a self-help group for pre- and post-operative patients of acoustic neuroma or other benign tumors affecting the cranial nerves. It promotes recognition and treatment of acoustic neuroma and holds regular meetings providing information and experience sharing, discussion, and support. The group also publishes a newsletter. Membership fees are $20 per year.
