This group informs persons with disabilities of their social and legal rights. It provides information and referral to appropriate services and provides educational workshops, one-to-one advocacy, and resource materials. It also houses the Mental Health Empowerment Project, assisting persons with psychiatric disabilities to obtain appropriate benefits and services from the Ministry of Social Services.
